Board of Trustees
A Board of Trustees, 50% of who are elected by members and 50% nominated by the Company, manage the fund in accordance with the fund Rules, relevant legislation and best practice methodology. The Trustees meet regularly to deal with the business of the fund. They will act in the interest of all the stakeholders at all times and make sure that the fund’s interests are protected.
