Contributions
Employee contributions to a Pension Fund are deductible for tax purposes. ENGEN contributes 9.5% (inclusive of the administration costs) to the Engen Pension Fund. Employees contribute 6.25% towards the Engen Pension Fund.
The cost for the disability income benefit is paid separately by the employer.
